Blatsou Ioanna

Ioanna Blatsou is a theatre critic and journalist.

She has an MA in Text and Performance, King’s College in association with Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London and BA in English Literature, Deree, The American College of Greece.

Since 2001 she collaborates as a theatre critic and journalist in London and Athens with several pressed and electronic magazines and newspapers (Time Out London/ Penguin Publishing, Time Out Athens, Time Out Cyprus, Esquire, Kathimerini, Eleftherotypia, Imerisia/Paper magazine, Eleftheros Typos, Athens Voice, Pontiki-Art,,, etc.)

She has translated theatrical plays (The Talking Cure by Christopher Hampton, Fuddy Meers by David Lindsay-Abaire, New Connections: New Plays for Young People by Various – to be completed shortly) and she taught drama at “Studio Allagon” Drama School.
