The play was chosen after a seminar in the Silvio D'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Art in Rome along with the Cyprus Theater Organization in 1999, and it was staged in Italian, translated by Andreas Rallis, first in Rome and then in Cyprus by the Academy itself, under the title La Graminia, in 2001.
