Lisimachi is the owner of a coffeehouse, whose son is a dupe. Two mayor candidates, one right-winged and one left-winged, had a tie vote on the first Sunday of the municipal elections and they are now claiming their votes. One of them even promises his daughter to her son, while his daughter is flirting with the son of his opponent.
