The ABC of Adolescence, 2008
Minimum number of actors: 4 (2 boys- 2girls)
This is a story whose heroes are the adolescents of today’s world, who, while they are preparing a play, they find a way to express all their worries. From the beginning to the end, we are presented with an overview of everything that concerns them, through 24 words-chapters, written with vibrancy, humor and optimism.
Anxiety, Boredom, Parents, Diet, Love, Jealousy, Hero, Death, Internet, Professors, Sadness, Loneliness, Drugs, Shaving, Dreams, Trips, Clothes and Racism, Sex, Phones, Height, Friendship, Dancing, Lies, Maturity.
The play is what causes the adolescents to look into their soul and come at peace with their fears and anxieties and the adults to remember their forgotten adolescence. It is a play that essentially functions as a flag of truce between parents and their children. Even for a little while, until the performance comes to an end.
