Maria Efstathiadi

Following the outburst of the Russian-Polish War, in 1831, Chopin flees to Paris where he remains until his death. During the era of Restoration in Paris, Georgia Sandi moves in as well. Their legendary relationship will begin seven years later and will last for nine years.  With the distance of approximately half a century, and with a great deal of arbitrariness, Sandi, or rather her ghost, reminisces their relationship and narrates for us, today, under Chopin's music, their eventful story. Today, because even if it happened today, it would unfold in the exact same way.
