We are already in the Twelvetide period - the period from Christmas Eve to Epiphany -  that will lead us to the Shakespearean Twelfth Night.

With our back in the year to go, we count hundreds of performances, new plays by older, younger and newcomer playwrights, projects and festivals of all kinds, efforts and attempts to express through theater our anxieties and struggles.

The Greek Play Project is grateful for the year that has just passed, since the celebration of its 3-year birthday has taken place through the presentation of the award-winning plays at the Stathmos Theater with the massive participation of friends and theatre people giving us the power to go on this twinkle adventure.

With many thoughts about our theater, with ideas and with much love, we send greetings for a wonderful year, creative and inspiring, that will be full of love for the art of theater and for its people and less with personal ambitions and smallness. Let's remember that theater is a collective creation and a collective experience.

And that we are humans and as Shakespeare wisely says in his Tempest

We are such stuff
As dreams are made on; and our little life
Is rounded with a sleep.

Happy new year, prosperity, inspiration and

Let it Theater !!!

Happy 2018 from the Greek Play Project team!
