Summer is here!

The theatrical season does not come to an end - rainy weather helps -, the Athens Festival opened its doors and is already welcoming its audience, the local festivals throughout Greece are being prepared with feverish rhythms, theatre workshops are waiting for the Drama School exams to be completed in order to take the lead.

Our thoughts are mainly with young actors who are ready to enter the professional arena full of dreams and appetite for work, willing to dedicate themselves to theatre and who will have to deal with an  undefined, blurry condition not at all auspicious and with their professional rights being far from secured.

We welcome the summer season in GPP with the "Album", a new column where our playwrights  answer personal questions, always in relation to their plays and their way of work.
